Celery has crunchy, juicy stalks and fragrant leaves with a fresh, slightly salty flavour. It is popular for celery juice, soups, stir-fries and salads, and is the base of many sauces and stocks.
We grow it hydroponically at our climate-controlled farms across Delhi NCR, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.
