Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above a minimum order value

Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed daily after confirmation
- Fresh produce is harvested and packed on the same day or next day
- Orders placed before the cutoff time will be delivered the same day or next day
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following day
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: Same Day or Next Day
- Delivery time may vary during festivals, bad weather or high demand
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched
- Our delivery partner will contact you before arriving
Packaging
- All products are packed in fresh, hygienic and eco-friendly packaging
- Fragile items like microgreens and herbs are packed with extra care
- We use minimal plastic and prefer sustainable packaging wherever possible
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability of the customer, we will attempt redelivery once
- If the second attempt also fails, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address
Damaged During Shipping
- If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy
- Do not accept visibly tampered or damaged packages from the delivery partner
