Arugula, also called rocket or roquette, is a Mediterranean leafy green with tender leaves and a bold, peppery, slightly nutty bite. A handful turns a simple salad, pizza or pasta into a restaurant-style dish.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.
