Curly kale is one of the most nutrient-dense vegetables you can eat – ruffled, deep green leaves packed with vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium and fibre. It is the favourite green for smoothies, salads and crunchy kale chips.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.

How to use
- Kale chips: tear, toss with oil and salt, bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
- Smoothies: blend with banana, apple and lemon.
- Massaged salad: rub leaves with olive oil and lemon for 1 minute to soften.
- Stir-fries & soups: add in the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.
- Kale saag: cook like sarson ka saag with garlic and spices.
Storage tips
Keep unwashed in a box or zip bag in the vegetable drawer of the fridge. Rinse before use. Stays fresh 5–7 days.

Can I eat kale raw?
Yes – remove the thick stem and massage the leaves with a little oil and lemon to soften them.
How is curly kale different from American kale?
Curly kale has tightly ruffled leaves and a slightly peppery taste; American (flat) kale has smoother, softer leaves.
Is hydroponic kale the same as organic?
It is not certified organic. It is grown without soil in RO-purified water with no pesticides, which keeps it clean and consistent.
