Hydroponic Spinach (Palak) – Clean & Fresh from Our Noida Farm
Palak is India’s favourite leafy green – full of iron, folate and vitamins, and the base of classics like palak paneer, dal palak, saag and palak parathas. Market spinach is often muddy and sprayed; ours is not.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.

Storage tips
Keep unwashed in a box lined with a dry kitchen towel in the fridge. Rinse just before cooking. Best within 3–5 days.
