Sarson (mustard greens) is the star of Punjab’s famous sarson ka saag with makki ki roti. The leaves have a bold, peppery flavour and are packed with vitamins C, K and A.
We grow it hydroponically at our climate-controlled farms across Delhi NCR, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.
