Fresh Garlic Chives – Mild Garlic Flavour from Our Noida Farm
Garlic chives (Chinese chives) have flat, tender green leaves with a mild garlic flavour. They are used in dumplings, stir-fries, omelettes, noodles and dips, and as a fresh garnish.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.
