Lemongrass is a tall, fragrant grass with a fresh lemon-ginger aroma. In India it is loved in chai and kadha; it is also essential in Thai curries, tom yum soup and herbal teas.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.

- Lemongrass chai: crush a stalk and boil with tea leaves and ginger.
- Herbal tea & kadha: simmer with tulsi, ginger and honey.
- Thai curry & tom yum: bruise the stalk and add to the pot.

Storage tips
Wrap in a damp paper towel and keep in a zip bag in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or chop and freeze.
