Description
Hydroponic Thai Basil – Spicy, Anise-Scented Leaves from Our Noida Farm
Thai basil has purple stems, narrow green leaves and a sweet, spicy, anise-like flavour. Unlike Italian basil it holds its aroma when cooked, which is why it is used in Thai curries, stir-fries and Vietnamese pho.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every bunch is harvested only after you order – so the aroma is at its strongest when it reaches you.

No – it can be eaten fresh, but it also holds up well in hot dishes.
Is hydroponic basil the same as organic?
It is not certified organic. It is grown without soil in RO-purified water with no pesticides, which keeps it clean and consistent.
