Hydroponic Bok Choy – Crisp & Juicy from Our Noida Farm
Bok choy (pak choi) is a Chinese cabbage with crunchy white stalks and tender green leaves. Its mild, slightly sweet taste makes it perfect for stir-fries, soups, noodles and steamed dishes.
We grow it hydroponically in a climate-controlled facility in Sector 59, Noida, using RO-purified, low-TDS water and a precisely measured nutrient solution instead of soil. No soil means no mud, grit or soil-borne contamination, we use no pesticides, and every pack is harvested only after you order.

How to use
- Garlic stir-fry: halve and stir-fry with garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
- Noodle soups & ramen: add halves for the last 2 minutes.
- Steamed: steam whole and drizzle with sesame oil.

Storage tips
Keep unwashed in a zip bag in the vegetable drawer of the fridge. Rinse just before cooking. Best within 4–6 days.
