Our most nutritious salad: tender lettuce leaves mixed with microgreens such as radish, pea shoots and sunflower, all from our hydroponic farm in Noida. Washed in our ozone washer and packed ready to eat.
How we prepare it
- Fresh produce: sourced daily from trusted growers and sorted for quality.
- Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and pesticide residues without chemicals.
- Hygienic preparation: handled by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
- Packed fresh: sealed in food-grade boxes and kept chilled until delivery.
