Fresh Coriander Microgreens – Grown Hydroponically in Noida

Coriander microgreens deliver the familiar dhaniya aroma in a tiny, tender leaf – stronger and fresher than regular coriander leaves.

Microgreens are the young seedlings of vegetables and herbs, harvested just 7–14 days after sprouting, when the first leaves open. At this stage they carry a concentrated amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, along with intense flavour and colour – which is why chefs and nutritionists love them.

How we grow them

Clean, soil-free trays: grown on hygienic grow media, not soil.
RO-purified water: low-TDS water with a measured nutrient mix.
No pesticides, ever: grown indoors in a controlled environment.
Harvested to order: cut only after you order, so they reach you at peak freshness.

Storage tips

Box: keep closed in the fridge (2–5°C); avoid washing until just before use and keep dry. Tray: keep at room temperature in indirect light, water lightly from the bottom or mist, and harvest as needed.

They are grown without soil or pesticides, so a light rinse just before eating is enough.

How much should I eat?
