Kachumber Salad Kit – The Everyday Indian Salad, Ready to Toss
Freshly cut cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot and mooli with coriander and lemon – the perfect side for dal, rice and rotis. This is a fresh ingredients kit – we wash, cut and pack the raw fruits and vegetables; you add your own dressing.
What’s in the kit
- Diced cucumber
- Diced tomato
- Chopped onion
- Grated carrot
- Sliced mooli (seasonal)
- Chopped coriander
- 1 lemon
Ingredients may vary slightly with the season; we always replace with an item of equal or higher value.
How to make it
- Empty into a bowl.
- Add salt, roasted jeera powder and chaat masala.
- Squeeze lemon, mix and serve with your meal.
Tip: Add chopped green chilli for a spicy kachumber.
How we prepare it
- Fresh produce: harvested at our Noida farm or sourced daily from trusted growers, then sorted.
- Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and residues.
- Hygienic cutting: cut by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
- Packed fresh: sealed in a food-grade box and kept chilled until delivery.
Pack size & storage
1 kit (approx. 300g). Keep refrigerated (below 5°C) and use within 2 days. Once opened, use the same day.

No – it contains only fresh raw fruits and vegetables and lemon.
