Microgreens Salad Kit – Nutrient-Dense Greens from Our Farm
Mixed microgreens, baby spinach and lettuce from our Noida hydroponics farm with sprouts and cherry tomatoes – a fresh, colourful salad in one box. This is a fresh ingredients kit – we wash, cut and pack the raw fruits and vegetables; you add your own dressing.
What’s in the kit
- Mixed microgreens (radish, pea shoot, sunflower etc.)
- Baby spinach / lettuce (hydroponics)
- Moong sprouts
- Cherry tomatoes
Ingredients may vary slightly with the season; we always replace with an item of equal or higher value.
How to make it
- Toss everything gently in a bowl.
- Dress with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Eat fresh – microgreens are best uncooked.
Tip: Sprinkle leftover microgreens on parathas, poha or sandwiches.
How we prepare it
- Fresh produce: harvested at our Noida farm or sourced daily from trusted growers, then sorted.
- Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and residues.
- Hygienic cutting: cut by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
- Packed fresh: sealed in a food-grade box and kept chilled until delivery.
Pack size & storage
1 kit (approx. 200g). Keep refrigerated (below 5°C) and use within 2–3 days. Once opened, use the same day.

Is it ready to eat?
All ingredients are washed and cut. Just add salt, dressing or lemon and toss.
Does it contain dressing, sugar or preservatives?
No – it contains only fresh raw fruits and vegetables.

Yes – same-day delivery in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. Order between 7 AM and 9 PM; free delivery on orders above ₹500.
