Finely shredded green and purple cabbage with carrot julienne and spring onion – just add mayo or yoghurt dressing. This is a fresh ingredients kit – we wash, cut and pack the raw fruits and vegetables; you add your own dressing.

What’s in the kit

Shredded green cabbage
Shredded purple cabbage
Carrot julienne
Chopped spring onion

Ingredients may vary slightly with the season; we always replace with an item of equal or higher value.

How to make it

Empty the vegetables into a bowl.
Mix in mayonnaise or hung-curd dressing, salt and pepper.
Chill for 10 minutes and serve with burgers, sandwiches or momos.

Tip: For a lighter coleslaw, use hung curd with a little mustard and honey.

How we prepare it

Fresh produce: harvested at our Noida farm or sourced daily from trusted growers, then sorted.
Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and residues.
Hygienic cutting: cut by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
Packed fresh: sealed in a food-grade box and kept chilled until delivery.

Pack size & storage

1 kit (approx. 300g). Keep refrigerated (below 5°C) and use within 3 days. Once opened, use the same day.
