Caesar Salad Kit – Crisp Hydroponic Romaine, Ready to Toss
Crisp romaine lettuce grown at our Noida hydroponics farm, washed and torn, with cherry tomatoes and lemon – the base for a perfect Caesar salad. This is a fresh ingredients kit – we wash, cut and pack the raw fruits and vegetables; you add your own dressing.
What’s in the kit
- Romaine lettuce – washed & torn (hydroponics)
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
Ingredients may vary slightly with the season; we always replace with an item of equal or higher value.
How to make it
- Place the romaine in a large bowl.
- Add your Caesar dressing, croutons and parmesan.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
Tip: Add grilled paneer, chicken or a boiled egg for a filling meal.
How we prepare it
- Fresh produce: harvested at our Noida farm or sourced daily from trusted growers, then sorted.
- Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and residues.
- Hygienic cutting: cut by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
- Packed fresh: sealed in a food-grade box and kept chilled until delivery.
Pack size & storage
1 kit (approx. 250g). Keep refrigerated (below 5°C) and use within 2–3 days. Once opened, use the same day.

Is it ready to eat?
All ingredients are washed and cut. Just add salt, dressing or lemon and toss.
Does it contain dressing, sugar or preservatives?
No – it contains only fresh raw fruits and vegetables and lemon.

Yes – same-day delivery in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. Order between 7 AM and 9 PM; free delivery on orders above ₹500.
