Crisp lettuce from our Noida farm with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion and bell pepper – washed, cut and ready to toss. This is a fresh ingredients kit – we wash, cut and pack the raw fruits and vegetables; you add your own dressing.

What’s in the kit

Romaine / iceberg lettuce (hydroponics)
Diced cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Sliced red onion
Bell pepper strips

Ingredients may vary slightly with the season; we always replace with an item of equal or higher value.

How to make it

Toss everything in a bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
Top with feta and olives if you like.

Tip: Add paneer cubes or chickpeas to make it a full meal.

How we prepare it

Fresh produce: harvested at our Noida farm or sourced daily from trusted growers, then sorted.
Ozone wash: washed in an ozone washer – ozonated water helps remove dirt, surface microbes and residues.
Hygienic cutting: cut by trained, gloved staff in a clean processing area.
Packed fresh: sealed in a food-grade box and kept chilled until delivery.

Pack size & storage

1 kit (approx. 350g). Keep refrigerated (below 5°C) and use within 2–3 days. Once opened, use the same day.
