Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Products that have been used, partially consumed, or stored improperly are not eligible for return
- Fresh produce like vegetables and microgreens are perishable and cannot be returned after 24 hours
How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us via WhatsApp or call us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- Once approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
- Cash on delivery orders will receive a refund via bank transfer or UPI
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement with your next delivery
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- Only one replacement is allowed per order
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that are partially consumed or used
- Items purchased during a sale or special offer (unless damaged)
- Gift boxes and combo packs (unless entirely damaged)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone
- Cancelled orders will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days
